How to Send Grades for Approval (or Push Grades to Banner)

1. Go to Grade Center

2. Full Grade Center

In the Grade Center, all those who missed the FWA – blank gaps (boxes) must be left.

3. Exempt (but not FWA gap – do not touch FWA) all the grades (gaps) with arrows (click on small arrows in all boxes, and click Exempt Grade). Exempt all grades of the students who missed the FWA.

4. Manage

5. Grade Approval and Transfer

6. Tick the empty Box

7. Grade Column Approval and Transfer (bottom right)

8. Tick the empty Box

9. Grade Approval and Transfer

    A new page opens

10. Tick the blank box on the top left (located next to the Grade Column Name)

11. Tick boxes to make them blank at Exempted students’ names (if students were exempted)

12. Tick boxes to make them blank: others / not students

13. Click: Submit Grades

14. Click OK.
